Dreamy Threads Exchange and Return Policy

Eligibility:
- You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of product delivery.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact. Products must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Dreamy Threads reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request based on our policy guidelines.

Exclusions:
- Discounted or sale items can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
- Discounted or sale items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Accessories or customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Clearance sale items cannot be exchanged or returned in any scenario.

Refunds & Coupons:
- No cash refunds will be issued. If your return request is approved, you will receive a Dreamy Threads coupon of equal value, valid for 6 months.
- Products purchased with a coupon, or personalized items, are not eligible for return.
- Coupons provided on returns cannot be combined with any other offer, sale, or discount code.

Charges & Deductions:
- A flat Rs.150 fee will be charged for pickup or reverse delivery for every return or exchange request.
- Upon return, a deduction of Rs.100 per product will be made from the coupon value provided.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
